Another day lost

Today, our intended agenda was something like the following:

SLOW-MOTION
    Do things in slo-mo
        Touch head
        Touch nose
        Rub belly
        Touch toes
        Reach up to sky
        Punch air
        Kick air
        Take giant step forward
    Slo-mo race

WALKING GAMES
    Imitate each other (Circle Walk)
Walk like... (feet on fire, through water, etc.)
Walk as if you’re... (an elephant, a baby, a grandparent, etc.)

CHARADES
    Occupations
    2 at a time (come up w/occupation)
    Kids all in one group
If it goes well, do relationships

Modified Duck-Duck-Goose
Human Knot

A lot of stuff, but I'm sure we could have at least gotten through the Walking Games. However, we found out from Jessi sometime around noon that the program was cancelled today (not sure why). So already we've lost 1.5 out of 16 total days, which is unfortunate. The schedule is pretty flexible, though, and we should still be able to get in everything we've planned.

On Thursday Lynne and Courtney are coming in to visit, so there will be quite a few extra people in the room. The kids don't seem to be distracted too easily, though (really, they have a baseline level of distraction, from which they don't deviate). Nick taking pictures, for instance, didn't cause anywhere near as much disruption as I feared it might.
